1. Registration fee is $30.00 annually per
student, due in September or when you register for classes. 2. Lessons are payable by the month in advance. A $10.00 late charge will be charged if accounts are not paid by the10th of each month. 3. There is no additional charge for a month where your class has a fifth week. There is also no deduction in December when all classes have three weeks. 4. There will be NO deduction in fees for missed lessons (since payment reserves your position in class.) However, lessons missed can be made up in other classes within 2 months of the class missed. You must be paying for lessons at the time you take your make ups. 5. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. 6. The studio will only be closed on the following dates: Thanksgiving week end, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 22nd – 24th; Christmas and New Years weeks, December 22nd-January 6th, 2008; Good Friday and Saturday, March 21st & 22nd, 2008; and Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, 2008. We will be open all other Monday holidays, etc. If the Auburn schools are closed due to weather conditions, Pamelot will also be closed. (Radio KAHI will announce the school closures.) There will be make-ups given for each of these closures. There will be no deduction in fees. 7. Fees for classes are printed at the bottom of the class schedule sheet and are equal for all forms of dance. 8. You must wear the proper attire for your classes, or you will not be permitted to participate in class. Proper attire is: leotard, jazz pants or tights, proper dance shoes, and hair secured back away from the face. This rule is for your safety and for the teacher's benefit. It WILL be enforced. (If proper dance attire is forgotten or not worn to class for any reason, the teacher will ask you to sit and watch to monitor the class. However, you will not be allowed to participate.) 9. Tap shoes that tie need to have elastic rather than ribbon ties. 10. No dance shoes are to be worn outside the studio. 11. You may not eat or chew gum during classes. Water is available when the teacher deems it necessary. 12. No parents or visitors are allowed in the dance rooms during classes. However, parents need to stay in the waiting room area if your student is not old enough to use the rest room or change shoes alone. 13. If you should choose to discontinue your enrollment at Pamelot, you Must notify Pamelot by the 1st of the month or you will be charged for classes no longer taken. A form must be signed at the desk, or you will be charged for the month.
